pieces to the Enhanced Carrier Route Basic (LOT)
rate for lower postage.

 SmartMover End User
MAILERS+4 with SmartMover enables you to update
addresses with the latest permanent
change-of-address information filed with the
USPS. Use MAILERS+4 SmartMover and NCOALink
secure data storage technology to update your
internal lists. After you are certified as an
End User Licensee, the USPS will provide you
monthly NCOALink datasets that contain
change-of-address information for the most
recent 18-month period.
